Failure to adhere to the following terms and conditions may result in you and your party being instructed to leave the park. A refund will not be given.

Booking and payments
Bookings can be made directly by telephone, using our web site or the BIG4 Low Head Tourist Park page by the following link;

BIG4 Membership details must be shown at check in.
Only one BIG4 discount is permitted per booking.
Full payment is due at check-in, if the booking has not been paid, check-in will not be possible.
Valid credit/debit card details, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers are a requirement for booking all accommodation types.
Credit/Debit card details are held within a PCI compliant digital vault.
Bookings made using BIG4 deals eg. Stay 3, pay 2 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Check in and check out
Unless arranged and agreed at the time of booking the earliest check in times are strictly;
Cottages and cabins: 2:00pm.
Caravan and camper sites: 12:000, noon.
By prior arrangement BIG4 members may be entitled to earlier check in. All early arrivals and late check-outs must be arranged and confirmed at the time of booking.
Check out is 10am. If checking out before 8am please leave the keys in the caravan letterbox at reception. A late check out can be arranged subject to availability.
After-hours arrivals are required to pay and check in over the phone prior to 6 pm on the day of the booking.
Damages
Any damages, late fees or additional charges for cottage/cabin bookings may be deducted from the card details provided for the booking and a notification email will be sent if a guest is unreachable via the contact number provided as soon as practically possible.
Exclusion, cancellation and refunds
Any guests that have been requested to leave are not eligible for a refund.
We do not provide refunds for poor weather or early departures.
A deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required on all bookings, at the time of booking. This is non-refundable in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Credits may be given at the discretion of the managers and need to be used within the designated time period. Credits cannot be used during peak periods including long weekends (including Australia Day), Easter and Christmas.
A full refund will be given if the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to your arrival date. The first nights’ accommodation is taken as a cancellation fee if bookings are cancelled within 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Cottages and Cabins
Cottages and cabins are required to be left in a reasonably tidy manner. Any overly dirty cabins may be subject to a cleaning fee of $200.
The $200 cleaning fee also applies to any pet mess left behind in our pet-friendly cabins.
The $200 cleaning fee may be applied if smoking occurs or evidence of smoking is found and will be deducted from the guests card automatically.
Dogs are only permitted in the pet friendly cabins. Any evidence of pets in cabins not designated to them will incur a $200 cleaning fee and will be deducted from the guest’s card automatically.
Cabin capacity is based on the number of beds per cabin, if there are 4 beds then the cabin may house 4 people (this includes children).
Any cabins housing more people than has been approved may be asked to leave.
Services on cottages and cabins including new sheets and towels, plus a clean, are available for stays of 7 days or longer. Service details will be provided at check in. Please leave the cottage/cabin neat and tidy with personal belongings stored neatly to allow housekeeping staff good access to conduct the service.
Porta cots and high chairs are available in cottages and cabins upon request, free of charge.
Children
To ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, we ask that children are actively supervised throughout the park, including the playground.
ALL CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES WHEN USING THE AMENITIES.
Speed Limit and Parking
The speed limit throughout the park is 10km/hr. This applies to all vehicles.
For bicycles and scooters 10km/h is a brisk walking speed.
One vehicle permitted per site/cottage/cabin. Additional vehicles are to be parked in the visitors parking area near reception.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome on the park and in cottages and cabins between 8am – 10pm. If staying overnight an additional room fee is applicable.
All visitors must sign in at reception and cars to be parked in the visitors parking behind reception.
Bikes & scooters
Helmets are to be worn AT ALL TIMES when riding bicycles and scooters.
For bicycles and scooters 10km/h is a brisk walking speed.
NO ELECTRIC SCOOTERS ARE TO BE USED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ON THE PARK.
Quiet time
10pm – 7am. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times to ensure the comfort of all guests in the park.
Smoke free
Smoking is not permitted in any onsite buildings, enclosed areas, cottages (including entrance way), cabins or playground area. A $200 cleaning fee will be applied for smoking in cottages or cabins.
Ash trays are provided outside cottages and cabins. Please close the door to the cottage/cabin when smoking outside.
Fires and BBQs
The lighting of any fires within the park (including open fires and fire pots) is prohibited.
BBQ areas are located at the northern and southern end of the park. Gas BBQs are provided for guest use. Please leave the BBQ area clean and tidy after use.
Camp kitchen
The camp kitchen is located on the end of the main amenities block. It is open 7am – 10pm daily.
All facilities are available for guest use. Food stored in the fridge must be labelled and disposed of on your departure. Please ensure you leave these areas clean and tidy for the use of other guests.
Laundry
Coin operated washers & dryers are available in the northern and southern amenities blocks. Change is available from reception. Clothes lines are also available for guest use.
Garbage & Recycling
Garbage bins are provided at cottages, cabins and at the rear of powered and unpowered sites. Yellow lidded recycling bins are available throughout the park. These are for recyclable items only. Do not place general waste in these bins.
Dump point
Located at the rear of the powered sites.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi access available. Details available on arrival.
Pet owner's promise
We know you love your pets, we love ours - not everyone else does. We welcome you and your pets in our park, you will need to sign and promise to follow these guidelines:
Pets are welcome on all caravan and camping sites and a limited number of specific pet-friendly cabins. Pet fees apply.
Pets are not permitted on any furniture within our pet-friendly cabins, or an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
Dogs must be on lead of no more than 2 metres in length. The only exception to being off leash is if you have a secure enclosed area for your pet within your caravan, annex or site.
Pets must not be left unattended on sites or in cabins.
Maximum of 2 dogs permitted only.
Aggressive dogs or dogs that constantly bark will not be permitted.
Owners are 100% responsible for immediately picking up and disposing of their pet's waste in the park garbage bins provided.
Our surrounding area has some great off leash parks and beaches for your four-legged friend to enjoy.
Dogs are strictly not permitted where there are penguin rookeries.
It is the pet owner’s responsibility, and the pet owners alone, to control and manage their pet. If in the view of the park management this has not happened to an acceptable level the owner and the pet will be asked to leave. If you are asked to leave, you will not receive a refund.
